Installation and Ground works services
We offer all our timber buildings as supply only or supply and install.
However, we have found that keeping additional services ‘in house’ saves time and energy
identifying separate contractors, and having to deal with several different people all at the same
time which can lead to confusion and delays.
ILAPP timber manufacturing do more than just manufacture timber buildings. Our support services
includes a complete groundwork service should there be a requirement.
This service ranges from the preparation of the build area, installing garage bases, living area
foundations, Ground screw installation and laying of services such as electricity and water and
relocation of drainage runs.
Our groundwork team will also provide services such as driveway installation, paving and patios,
turfing and basic garden reconstruction works.
Should it be required, they also organise visits from local building control.
